Bingo Chat Etiquette
Our Bingo Rooms have been designed for your enjoyment, and as such are a fun, safe place to pop in and visit. To keep the rooms behaving this way, we have some common sense, easy rules for everyone to follow.
As we have five different rooms, each with their own unique feel and atmosphere, the rules vary a little, so we have split them into two groups.

Chat Etiquette for the Ice Breaker and Snickers Rooms
- Always type in lowercase as UPPERCASE is reserved for the CH’s, as it makes their instructions easily recognisable.
- Be respectful of your roomies and CH’s at ALL TIMES, or beware the wrath of CHM Giggles and her crew. No racial, ethnic or sexual slurs allowed in chat.
- The decision of the CH’s in any circumstance is final.
- Complaints are to be handled by e-mail to: email@email.co.uk. Feel free to private message any concerns to your Chat Host but please keep complaints and moaning out of main chat!
- Do not endorse, solicit or promote any other sites in chat, including the posting of any web links.
- Do not post ANY personal details including phone number and email addresses in chat.
- Be mindful of your language and subject matter, as any inappropriate language or subject matter will result in your chat privileges being taken away or you being removed from the chat room.
- The CH on duty will warn once, and remove on the second occasion!

Chat Etiquette for the Friendship, Speed Bingo and Sunshine Rooms
Out of consideration for our Chat Hosts and all our players,
Giggle Bingo asks that all its players abide by the following rules and regulations when in the
Friendship, Speed Bingo & Sunshine Rooms:
- If you have questions for your Chat Host that are not answered immediately, please be patient and ask again when your Chat Host is ready.
- Please have respect for your Chat Host's authority. Our Chat Host's love their jobs here at Giggle Bingo, but it can be quite stressful at times, so please try not to make their jobs more difficult.
- Our Chat Host's are not police officers; they will help out with your problems to the best of their ability but are asked not to take sides in player arguments. We are all adults and we expect our players to resolve their differences in a mature manner. And no, not by name-calling!
- To differentiate themselves from other players, our Chat Host's type in capital letters. In order to help them, please refrain from using CAPS.
- Chat Host impersonation is considered to be a serious offence at Giggle Bingo. If a player is found impersonating a Chat Host they can be banned from Giggle Bingo.
Be courteous to your fellow Roomies:
- Please be courteous when choosing your nickname. Other roomies don't want to see nicknames that are offensive, sexual in nature or contain crude references to body parts, bodily functions, curse words, etc. Sure, they may seem funny to you, but there are people who take serious offence at that sort of thing!
- We all love winning, and just like in real life, players often go on lucky streaks. Please do not make them feel bad for having good luck – or you having bad luck!
- Please do not harass or bother other players at Giggle Bingo. If you do not like another player, just ignore them. Harassment is a no-no, and WILL get you booted.
- Remember that not all roomies are here to chat. If another player is not replying to you, they may just be very shy, on schedule buy or auto buy and away from their computers. Please leave them alone.
- Improper discussion in chat may result in having your ability to chat suspended.
- Please voice your complaints through email and NOT in the chat room.
- NO harassment, slander, abuse or any other kind of mistreatment of other players.
- NO soliciting or advertising for other Bingo or Casino sites.
- NO "Cyber-Sex" or other chat of an overtly sexual nature, including the use of sexual terms or connotations. (This is a PG site, folks!).
- NO racism, racial slurs or otherwise offensive remarks. Giggle Bingo players come from all races and walks of life. Let's embrace our diversities.
- Players are not allowed ask for donations of any sort from other players.
