Make your own Bingo Party set

When people decide to host a bingo party, they will choose to visit a store and purchase the necessary equipment needed in a bingo set in order to host a bingo party. However, there is another option, which is to actually make your own bingo party set. That’s right, make it yourself! This is not as daunting as it seems, as it is in fact very simple, and is an inexpensive variation that could also provide the host and even the guests with a fun, interactive task that they can with a bit of imagination and add a touch of creativity to the whole process. There is also a certainty that there will be a whole lot of laughs on the side too!

Getting started:

The host will have to decide between either the 75 Ball or the 90 numbered bingo balls as to which version will be used at the bingo party. Obviously this all depends on personal preference, but here in the UK, the 90 ball bingo version is a sure favorite and is very popular and well known. Once the host has decided on what ball variation will be used, the following list of requirements that are needed to let the bingo balls start rolling.

There is no need to purchase all of this equipment as making it at home can be even better. Firstly, instead of using bingo balls, the ranging numbers (depending on what game version was chosen) can be written down on folded pieces of paper and placed in a large bowl or bag which can be used instead of the bingo cage, which the numbered pieces can be shuffled around in making the bingo game completely fair.

Bingo cards can either be hand-made or downloaded, but with making them yourself comes the hassle of choosing the positioning of the numbers, and a lot of time being spent on it that can be utilised in other areas. It is easier to log on to the net and print various bingo cards which will have the randomly placed numbers already picked out for your convenience. If there is a theme involved in your party, why not find a matching bingo card style to that specific theme which will add to the overall ambiance of the party.

Markers can also be decorated and themed accordingly and instead of elaborate markers, the party will work just as well if something as simple as little sweets, or pebbles are used as a substitute.

Additional items that will give your bingo party that edge would be including for each guest, in front of each of their sitting areas, a goodie bag. The Goodie bag could be made out of any sort of box or tin that can be sealed and opened. If the guests are not required to make any of their cards or marker, the goodies bags, which, in accordance with the theme of the party, will include the individual bingo cards and markers for each player. Also include a small lucky charm or item that the guests can keep close to them to bring a bit of lady lucks magic to their bingo game. These charms can also correlate to the theme of the party. Make it even more festive by including things such as hats, sweets and stickers, which can all be kept by the guests as party favours. What could also be a tidy idea is making the bingo game even more personalised by writing or printing each guest’s name on their goodie bag to make them feel more welcome and really part of all the fun and games.

Go big, and get creative by making your own party bingo set, and throwing the ultimate themed bash yet that will have everyone admiring you skill and impressive talents. A custom party bingo set will definitely enhance to party’s longevity and the belting action at hand.
