Terms & Conditions for Promotions
- The full promotional period is from March 1st, 2010 to May 31st, 2010.
- Please note that a valid entry into the promotion is limited to ONE account per household.
- The finalists agree that their names and photographs and video imagery may be used in any promotional material by Giggle Bingo for marketing purposes.
- Giggle Bingo reserves the right to withhold the allocation of the prize to any player pending verification of the player's identity.
- The ticket holders to the event will be notified via e-mail and telephonically within 4 (four) working days of the announcements of the winners at each stage of the competition. Should we be unable to confirm the award of a ticket with the winning player, the ticket may be forfeited and a new player will be selected to take the relevant ticket. The new player selection will be at the discretion of Giggle Bingo.
- The prize is not-transferable and if the winners cannot attend the event at the published dates, another winner will be drawn.
- Giggle Bingo will reimburse players for the travel expenses of the player and 1 (one) partner to the event. This amount, up to a maximum of £100 will be reimbursed to the player via their bingo account at the discretion of Giggle Bingo. Should the amount be insufficient, the outstanding fees will be for the players account. Travel costs will only be reimbursed to players attending the event.
- Should a winner reside outside of the UK then they will be offered the monetary value of the prize, in lieu of being able to attend the event. The prize is valued at £250.
- Giggle Bingo reserves the right to withdraw/adjust this offer at any time.
- In the case of dispute, the decision of Giggle Bingo management will be final. Always fair, but final.
- In order for wagering to count towards qualification in this promotion, the wagering must be in cash, not in BBz.
- Employees of, and any member of the Giggle Bingo team, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this competition.
- Giggle Bingo shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults or deliberate of negligent acts or omissions of any Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used or provided by Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control; and (4) and Acts of God, war, terrorism , or crime.
- Giggle Bingo shall not be liable for any delayed departure, missed carrier connections, substitutions of accommodations, or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, denied boarding, changes in fares and rates, or for cancellation or double booking of reservations, tickets, or charters beyond its control and without notice.
- The standard terms and conditions of Giggle Bingo apply to this promotion and shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these terms and the standard terms and conditions.
- In order to be eligible to win tickets into one of the Pub Lunch Megapot games, lucky draws or any other related promotion or prize, players need to have made a minimum deposit of £/$20 and purchased a minimum of £/$20 in actual cash in bingo tickets within the last 30 days in order to qualify.
- If more than one player wins the full house on the Pub Lunch Megapot Game then all winning players will win a seat at the event. In the event that this happens the number of draws available that month will be reduced by the number of winning players minus one. Example: In March two players win the full house on the Pub Lunch Megapot Game and a seat at the event. Instead of 7 draws in March we would do 6 draws.
- As a player can only win one seat to the event, if the same player wins more than one of the Full Houses in the March, April and May Pub Lunch Megapot games, then the winning seat at the event will filter down to the second line winner, then to first line winner until we reach someone that has not yet won a seat. If all winners in the Pub Lunch Megapot game already have won seats at the event then we will add an extra one to that months draw.
